Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are generally shipped on the same day or next morning. To change or cancel an order, please contact us ASAP via cs@smittenorganic.com. Although, we can not assure you that the change or cancellation can be effective, we'll do our best to find a solution for you. Please, note that in sale and peak period our response can be delayed.

How will I know if my order is being processed?

All products are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible.
If the products are available, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail providing information on the preparation status of your order.
