We accept returns and exchanges of products, when, for instance, you do not like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs*. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Although we cannot guarantee an exchange for another size or item, you can still let us know. If we have the desired item in stock, we would surely like to help you with that. 

If, however, Smitten Organic has made a mistake regarding your order we will assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at cs@smittenorganic.com.

The above policy only applies to the products bought directly from us in our Webshop. For products bought in one of our affiliate stores or on other internet sites, you must follow their return policy.

The products bought under the factory outlet sale are not eligible for return and refund.
